When shopping atFlorFlor, you can rest assure that our flowers will arrive as fresh, as if they had been picked by you personally. We also ensure that they last longer, than most flowers that can usually be found in other florists.

However, and despite all our efforts, suppose that something goes wrong - and your experience isn't as great as we intended.
 
Since flowers and plants are perishable goods, they can't be returned.

Nevertheless, if our service fails for any reason, you can get yourmoney back or a new delivery free of charge.

If that happens - and we will do our best to make sure it doesn't - then pleasecontact us. If something doesn't go as well as expected, tell us immediately. Help us to do better.
